Apply before 10 July 2025 for Priority Assessment.

SUSI’s priority closing date for new applications is 10 July 2025. If you submit your application on or before this date, you will receive priority assessment.

As a high number of applications are expected over the summer months, you are advised to apply before 10 July 2025 to avail of priority assessment. 

SUSI aims to have as many grant application decisions as possible with students before the start of the new academic year. The sooner we receive your application, the sooner you will receive an outcome.

Remember:

• You do not need to have your Leaving Cert results or to have accepted a course to apply. Simply supply the details of the course you hope to study and update your course choice online at a later date.
• A number of changes have been introduced for 2025/26 including an increase to the amount a student can earn outside term time and increases to income thresholds for PLC, undergraduate and postgraduate

SUSI will continue to accept applications for student funding after 10 July 2025 however these applications will not receive priority assessment.
