Updating your Details
You can update the following information in the 'My Details' section of your student portal.
- Email address
- Phone number
- Correspondence address
You cannot amend these details in your portal, if an application has been started but not fully submitted.
You can only add your bank details once an application has been submitted for the current academic year. You should only enter your bank details if you've been awarded a maintenance grant.
It is important to ensure you are entering the correct personal information requested when submitting your bank details and you should always verify your IBAN number from your banking correspondence to avoid a delay in payments.
